SPACE Ergonomic Seat fitment is fully-adjustable for wide range of users with different body type. For optimal sitting experience, it is recommended for users up to 150kg, and between 150cm-190cm tall.

We offer FREE shipping for all orders in West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, there is a charges of RM180 each.

For West Malaysia, you will receive your delivery in 2-7 working days. For East Malaysia, you will receive your delivery in 5-10 working days. 

*Please note that there might be some delays which are beyond our control with the effect of FMCO, EMCO, MCO during the covid pandemic. Hence, please do expect some delays with the delivery timeline.  

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped.  

Our standard warranty cover 3 years from the date of delivery of the product based on the shipment tracking number. For products that exceed the "3 years warranty" period, our company is dedicated to provide you a repair service with a fees and materials cost. 

• Missing parts & defect of the product during the time of delivery.

• Defects in manufacturing materials and result in loss of functionality of the product.

• Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery.

• Parts covered includes Polypropylene Frame, Aluminum Base, Lumbar Support, Pneumatic Rod, Tilt Mechanism, Armrests Mechanism and Castors. 

• Damages that caused by abusive actions that derive from the intended usage of the product.

• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cuts, degradation, scratches or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or other acts of nature or external causes.

• Improper assembly, use or care, contact with animals, site or environmental conditions.

• Defects in a product that has been modified or altered with also uses any unauthorized components.

• Minor aesthetic and cosmetic abnormalities or variations which do not affect the functionality of the product. 

SPACE My warranty is valid only for original purchaser that bought from our authorized channels. Our authorized channels are (a) the website spacemy.com.my and (b) any store registered in the name of SPACE My entity on online or offline marketplaces.
