All SPACE ergonomic chairs include a four-year warranty from the date of delivery. Coverage is automatic—no registration or extension form is required. Keep your receipt or order confirmation for any claim.

What’s covered

Manufacturing defects affecting product function, missing or defective parts on delivery, and products that do not match the agreed description at delivery.

Covered chair parts include the frame, base, lumbar support, gas lift, tilt mechanism, armrest mechanisms and castors.

Repair and replacement

  • Free parts collection: Collect covered replacement parts from our showroom. Replacement is normally carried out by the customer.

  • Courier delivery: We can send replacement parts to you; courier fees apply.

  • Free showroom repair: Bring your chair to our showroom for an approved warranty repair. You arrange and pay for transport both ways.

  • Onsite replacement: Usually RM100 per visit. Contact us to confirm availability and charges.

What’s not covered

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper assembly or care, unauthorised modifications, damage from animals or environmental conditions, and minor cosmetic variations that do not affect function.
