  • Missing parts & defect of the product during the time of delivery.
  • Defects in manufacturing materials and result in loss of functionality of the product.
  • Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery.
  • Parts covered includes frame, motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.
WHAT EXCLUDE FROM OUR WARRANTY?
  • Damages that caused by abusive actions that derive from the intended usage of the product.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cuts, degradation, scratches or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or other acts of nature or external causes.
  • Improper assembly, use or care, contact with animals, site or environmental conditions.
  • Defects in a product that has been modified or altered with also uses any unauthorized components.
  • Minor aesthetic and cosmetic abnormalities or variations which do not affect the functionality of the product.

I like this product, and it is really comfortable.

I have back pain problem, usually cant seat more than an hour.
This chair has excellent lumbar support ; been stress test more than 10 hours and wont feel tired.
Besides, its design with breathable mesh seat which will feel chill all the time, compare with others' cushion base chair, you will feel heaty after some time and discomfort.

IT CURE MY BACK PAIN & SORENESS!!!

Beautiful & Comfortable

I got the SPACE Ergonomic Seat 3 weeks ago. At first, I wasn't used to the arc padding, but after second week I feel my legs were not being pressurised like the previous chair, my legs adapted and got really comfortable. My version is the Jet Black. I love the texture and touch of the materials.
