  • All SPACE’s Ergonomic Seat are covered under warranty for a period of 3 years with an optional extension of 1 year. The warranty shall be effective for purchases products as of the date of delivery. For warranty extension, please refer and fill up the form here. Please note that the warranty covers parts only and excludes installation or courier charges, which are self-borne. 

    WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS?

    • Missing parts & defect of the product during the time of delivery.
    • Defects in manufacturing materials and result in loss of functionality of the product.
    • Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery.
    • Parts covered includes Polypropylene Frame, Aluminum Base, Lumbar Support, Pneumatic Rod, Tilt Mechanism, Armrests Mechanism and Castors.

    WHAT EXCLUDE FROM OUR WARRANTY?

    • Damages that caused by abusive actions that derive from the intended usage of the product.
    • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cuts, degradation, scratches or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or other acts of nature or external causes.
    • Improper assembly, use or care, contact with animals, site or environmental conditions.
    • Defects in a product that has been modified or altered with also uses any unauthorized components.
    • Minor aesthetic and cosmetic abnormalities or variations which do not affect the functionality of the product.
