- All SPACE’s Ergonomic Smart Desk are covered under warranty for a period of 4 years with an optional extension of 1 year. The warranty shall be effective for purchases products as of the date of delivery. For warranty extension, please refer and fill up the form here.
- Missing parts & defect of the product during the time of delivery.
- Defects in manufacturing materials and result in loss of functionality of the product.
- Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery.
- Parts covered includes frame, motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.
- Damages that caused by abusive actions that derive from the intended usage of the product.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cuts, degradation, scratches or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or other acts of nature or external causes.
- Improper assembly, use or care, contact with animals, site or environmental conditions.
- Defects in a product that has been modified or altered with also uses any unauthorized components.
- Minor aesthetic and cosmetic abnormalities or variations which do not affect the functionality of the product.
