  • All SPACE’s Ergonomic Seat are covered under warranty for a period of 3 years with an optional extension of 1 year. The warranty shall be effective for purchases products as of the date of delivery. For warranty extension, please refer and fill up the form here.

    • Missing parts & defect of the product during the time of delivery.
    • Defects in manufacturing materials and result in loss of functionality of the product.
    • Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery.
    • Parts covered includes Polypropylene Frame, Aluminum Base, Lumbar Support, Pneumatic Rod, Tilt Mechanism, Armrests Mechanism and Castors.

    WHAT EXCLUDE FROM OUR WARRANTY?

    • Damages that caused by abusive actions that derive from the intended usage of the product.
    • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cuts, degradation, scratches or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or other acts of nature or external causes.
    • Improper assembly, use or care, contact with animals, site or environmental conditions.
    • Defects in a product that has been modified or altered with also uses any unauthorized components.
    • Minor aesthetic and cosmetic abnormalities or variations which do not affect the functionality of the product.
