Future ergonomics, today
Our passion as an ergonomic leader drives us to continuously push the boundaries of comfort, support, and innovation. Through large-scale production and access to state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, SPACE is able to transform advanced ergonomic concepts into thoughtfully engineered seating solutions. From crafting premium breathable materials to refining every detail for user well-being and comfort, every SPACE seat is designed with purpose.
Throughout development, we invest heavily in research and development to enhance every ergonomic element built into our chairs. By combining cutting-edge engineering with precision manufacturing, SPACE is able to continuously evolve our products based on real ergonomic feedback from users around the world.
Going Beyond Industry Ergonomic Standards
We take ergonomic durability seriously. That’s why every SPACE Ergonomic Seat undergoes repeated drop tests, impact tests, and structural stress testing throughout development to ensure only the most resilient designs make the cut.
Each chair is rigorously evaluated against internationally recognised standards, then pushed even further through demanding real-world simulations to validate its long-term reliability, stability and everyday performance. Because true ergonomic excellence is not only about comfort, it’s about lasting support you can depend on for years to come.
design and testing
From advanced engineering and precision programming to extensive laboratory testing and real-world evaluation by ergonomic enthusiasts, every SPACE Ergonomic Seat is developed with durability, comfort, and performance in mind. Every decision, component, and material is carefully selected and rigorously tested to ensure long-lasting reliability.
We never settle for anything less than exceptional. If a design falls short in comfort, support, or ergonomic performance, we refine and redesign until it meets our standards of ergonomic perfection.
Every SPACE Ergonomic Chair is internationally tested and certified, delivering trusted quality, durability, and support you can rely on every day.
Human
Ergonomic Science
Ergonomics is the science of designing products and environments that work in harmony with the human body. It combines insights from multiple disciplines including anthropometry, biomechanics, mechanical engineering, industrial design, kinesiology, physiology, cognitive psychology and occupational health to better understand how people interact with their surroundings.
A well-designed ergonomic chair supports the body’s natural posture by encouraging proper alignment of the spine, shoulders, hips, and lower back. This helps reduce strain, minimise discomfort, and improve long-term sitting support during extended hours of work or study.
While ergonomic chairs are often seen as a premium investment compared to conventional office seating, the benefits go far beyond comfort. Better posture, reduced fatigue, improved focus, and enhanced overall well-being can significantly impact productivity, performance, and daily satisfaction.
Ergonomics Technology
SPACE Ergonomic Design is driven by extensive research, real-world feedback, and continuous refinement from ergonomic enthusiasts around the world. Every detail is carefully studied and improved through collaboration with experts in biomechanics, orthopaedics, and ergonomic product development to ensure optimal comfort, posture support, and sitting performance.
From concept to completion, every prototype undergoes extensive testing and refinement to validate its ergonomic effectiveness in real-life use. Through this continuous process of innovation and improvement, SPACE is able to deliver ergonomic seats that are thoughtfully engineered to provide balanced support, lasting comfort, and a truly refined sitting experience.
Fully-certified reliability
Up to a 4-year Extended Warranty
SPACE Ergonomic Seats are engineered for lasting comfort, durability, and everyday reliability. We are committed to using high-quality materials and long-lasting ergonomic designs built to withstand years of continuous use.
That’s why, should anything unexpected happen, SPACE is ready to make it right. Our industry-leading extended warranty coverage of up to 4 years gives you greater peace of mind, ensuring your ergonomic investment remains protected for years to come.
Because lasting ergonomic comfort should never be temporary.
SPACE Durability and Material Testing
The design of every SPACE Ergonomic Seat begins in our dedicated labs and development facilities, where ideas are transformed into functional prototypes. From there, each design is subjected to rigorous testing and iterative refinement by internationally recognised testing bodies to ensure exceptional ergonomics, comfort, and long-term durability.
No detail is too small, from the precision of every stitch and panel joint to the integrity of every internal component, each element is carefully evaluated for strength, consistency, and performance.
Our product engineers invest countless hours into researching the science of sitting, combining ergonomic principles with real-world insights to deliver optimal support. The result is a chair designed not just to perform, but to consistently support the way you sit, move, and work every day.
