Return & Refund Policy
SPACE wants you to be happy with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products hope to achieve every purchase a positive experience for our customers. But if you need to return an item, we're here to help. However, returns are subject to the conditions set as below.
• Product must be returned within 10 calendar days from the date you received it
• Product must be in new condition (not been installed), unopened, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging
• SPACE does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping
If the returns do not meet the eligibility conditions, SPACE reserves the right to refuse the return of the product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described, please contact our customer service within 7 days from the date you received.
• Take a photo of the item
• Send the photo to email@example.com along with your order reference number
• Our customer care team will review the information you have provided and contact you with a solution.
• Once we receive your returns, we will review and initiate the refund after passed our inspection.
• Our refunds are processed centrally around 14 working days and it will be processed to your original payment method.
